Payment & Cancellation
Payment: 50% deposit by bank transfer on confirmation. The balance (50%) is payable on arrival by transfer, card, or cash.
Cancellation: The 50% deposit is non-refundable, except in cases of force majeure (natural disaster: tsunami, major earthquake, or flooding that makes access impossible). For cancellations outside force majeure, half of the deposit (25% of the total) is converted into a credit valid for 12 months.
