Santa Teresa is not one place—it is a string of distinct neighborhoods along a single road, each with its own character. Where you stay shapes your entire experience. This guide maps the personality of each area so you can choose the location that matches your travel style.

Carmen: The Social Hub

The commercial and social center of the area. Carmen sits at the T-junction where the main road from Cobano meets the coastal road. This is where you will find the majority of restaurants, surf shops, boutiques, and nightlife.
